are Coolloons?
Coolloons
are balloon creations. These are not your Uncle Bob's balloon
dogs. We at dRmagic take pride
in bringing smiles to the faces of children of all ages with our
balloon art.
How
far advance do I need to book a party?
While
can be possible to book us for a party the same day, it is unlikely
that we will be available. We have booked events as far as six
months in advance. It is best to book us at least a month or
two in advance. Please keep in mind that we tend to be busier
around large community events such as Auburn home
football games and city festivals like the 4th
of July.

You can
start the process by sending us an email,
but the best way is to call us at 334-887-8029. If you are not
sure of the party you want, we will be happy to discus our party
options and find one that is best for you.

All
I want is someone to come and twist balloons. Can you do that?
Yes! We
will happily meet almost any entertainment request, no matter how
elaborate or simple. In addition to our party packages, we also
offer entertainers at hourly rates. Our hourly rates are based
upon the size of your function.
Can
you send a clown?
We offer
a variety of costumed characters, including princesses, wizards,
pirates, and, of course, clowns.
What
do clowns do?
Clowns
clown. They are a comic character performed for the benefit of
others. (From

They are not necessarily a Balloon Artist. They act silly and
play with people. Please keep in mind that many children and
adults are afraid of clowns. We will happily send a clown to
your event, but please be sure a clown is what you want.
Will
you travel?
We
operate within a 10 mile radius of downtown Auburn, but we will
gladly travel to your location. Our cost for travel is $1.50
per mile for a single entertainer to travel one way up to 150 miles.
Add $0.25 per mile for additional entertainers. Please call us

When
should I have the entertainment begin?
It is
best if you have the entertainer arrive at least 15 minutes after the
listed start time for your party.
Which
party option is right for me?
This
depends on several factors, such as the age of the birthday child and
the guests, the gender and age breakdown, and the size of the party.
We will be happy to direct you to the package that is best for you.
Should
I tip the Entertainer?
As in
all service industries, Gratuities are gratefully received but not
required nor factored in our pricing. Tipping is our society's
means of showing gratefulness for quality service and encouraging it
for the future.
What
is your payment policy?
We
require a retainer of 50% of the total cost of the party or $50,
whichever is greater in order to secure your date and time. We
require payment in full before the day of the party. You may
pay by credit card over the phone, in person at our location
in downtown Auburn, or you may mail payment to PO Box 663, Auburn, AL
36831.
Do
I have to pay sales tax?
Everything
we provide will be brought to your party as a part of a service.
Since there is no sales tax on service in the state of Alabama, you
will not have to pay sales tax on our service.
What
is your Cancellation Policy?
We
will handle cancellations on a case by case basis. The
retainer is non-refundable but can be transferred to another party or
used as credit on one of our other services or coolloon bouquets.
